For Dough

  • All-purpose flour (2 ¼ cups)
  • Salt (1/2 tsp)
  • Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • Water (1/2 cup)

  • Olive oil (1 tbsp)
  • Chopped Onion (1)
  • Garlic cloves (2, minced)
  • Ground Lamb (1/2 lb.)
  • Tomato paste (1 tbsp)
  • Coriander ground (1 tsp)
  • Smoked paprika (1 tsp)
  • Cumin ground (2 tsp)
  • Salt (As per taste)
  • Pepper (As per taste)
  • Spinach (6 oz)
  • Fresh mint (1/2 cup)
  • Green onions (2)
  • Fresh parsley (1/2 cup)
  • Feta cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Medium tomato (1)
  • Lemon wedges and olives (to serve)

Instructions for Preparing Gozleme

  1. Take a large bowl and combine flour and salt in it. Now add yogurt and water and stir it well. Keep on mixing using a spoon until everything gets combined. If the dough is still dry, adjust it by adding more water.

  7. Spray a large skillet with cooking. Heat over medium heat. Depending on the skillet’s size, add 1 or 2 gozleme and cook on each side for about three minutes.
