Hardness is around 70mg/L. You have to decide if it is worth the cost. Is the iron bacterial in nature? Additionally: ferrous Fe 0.5ppm, Mg is trace, the water is very hard and the carbonates contribute to the somewhat basic pH, most of the time the water is clear without any turbidity - perhaps once or twice a year the limestone below collapses and the water becomes turbid for a few days, then clears.
